10평 아이있는 좁은 아파트 세컨드하우스 인테리어 small apartment interior

이 아파트의 경우 가족이 주말에만 와서 거주하는 세컨드 하우스입니다. 따라서 아이가 있는 가족이 편안하게 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 맞춤형으로 설계되었습니다. 본래 37㎡로 약 10평대의 면적을 가지고 있으나 공간활용의 최대화를 위해 파티션을 제거하고 하나의 원룸으로 설계를 진행했습니다.

아파트 중앙에는 여유 공간을 두었으며 화장실을 제외하고 모든 공간의 파티션을 제거하였습니다. 중앙엔 테이블 및 의자를 배치하였으나 가구들을 쌓을 수 있어 공간을 다양하게 활용할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다

 

취침을 하는 공간은 중세 박스에서 영감을 받아 부모의 침대는 선반에 숨겨져 있으며 어린아이들의 수면 공간은 2층의 복층 침대와 같은 상자 안에 위치해 있습니다.

아파트의 특징은 전체적으로 균일한 원목 재료로 이루어져 있습니다. 오크 나무를 사용하였으나 구역마다 색상을 다르게 디자인하였습니다. 밝은 색상과 어두운 색상을 사용하여 공간을 분리하고 강조하였으며 밝은 색은 개방감과 밝은 분위기를, 어두운 색은 분위기를 고조시키는 역할을 합니다.

 

전체적으로는 환한 분위기의 미니멀 아파트이며 공간을 효율적으로 사용하여 가족이 편하게 생활할 수 있도록 디자인하였습니다.

조명으로는 간접조명과 천장조명을 적절하게 사용하여 공간을 밝고 환하게 하며 부엌의 간접조명으로 인해 부드럽고 아늑한 분위기가 연출됩니다.

 

 

The task of the project was to create a custom-made interior for a minimal apartment so that a family of four could comfortably live there. The apartment is intended as a weekend residence, not as a permanent residence. Initial situation.

 

The apartment was created by dividing an originally larger unit, with its current size being less than 37 square meters. In this area, the developer proposed a layout divided into several partitions. Such a solution would only leave space for narrow corridors between the furniture. The investors approached us during the construction process, thanks to which we got an opportunity to change the layout. We got rid of all unnecessary partitions and created a studio apartment. Only the bathroom remained separate.
